Product usage background and introduction:
Electrolytic copper foil is manufactured by electrolyzing copper sulfate. Due to the strict requirements for quality and performance of the product, the stability of the electrolysis conditions in production is strictly required, and the anode needs to bear a large current. Precious metal coated titanium electrodes have stable electrode spacing and lower energy consumption. Meanwhile, titanium anodes have the advantage of being reused after repainting, and can be reused after reaching the end of their lifespan through repainting. In this way, there will be significant savings in both energy consumption and anode costs. Due to its advantages mentioned above, coated titanium anodes are widely used in the manufacturing process of electrolytic copper foils, from front-end copper foil formation to copper foil post-treatment.
Under the condition of current density<8000A/m2, the working life of the anode is generally around 8-10 months.
