Instructions for use

1. Pay attention to protecting the surface of the coating, and strictly prevent scratches, collisions, and abrasions during transportation, installation, and use to prevent damage and detachment of the coating, which may affect the effectiveness of use. In addition, it is necessary to prevent the influence of oil pollution, strong corrosive substances, uneven heating and cooling, deformation, etc. on titanium electrodes.

2. Prevent short circuits between the anode and cathode plates; Without special requirements, do not configure the electrode in the opposite direction. It is only used as an anode.

3. Coated electrodes have a wide range of applications and involve multiple fields. It is not allowed to randomly use one electrode for another occasion, and there is no universal metal anode.

4. Strictly follow the process specifications for operation; Factors such as excessive current, high voltage, sudden power outage, high solution concentration, temperature, and impurity ions can all affect the effectiveness of coated titanium electrodes; A suitable process system can not only extend the service life, but also improve the quality and output of its products.

5.
