Molybdenum billets (raw materials) - Inspection - Hot rolling - Leveling and annealing - Alkali washing - Inspection - Warm rolling - Vacuum annealing - Inspection - Cold rolling - Leveling - Shear vacuum annealing - Inspection - Packaging

Application of molybdenum foil: After rolling and processing with a deformation of over 60%, the density of molybdenum foil is basically close to the theoretical density of molybdenum. Therefore, it has high strength, uniform internal structure, and excellent high-temperature creep resistance. Therefore, it is widely used in the production of reflective screens and cover plates in sapphire crystal growth furnaces, reflective screens, heating belts, connectors in vacuum furnaces, sputtering targets for plasma coating, high-temperature resistant vessel molybdenum components, heat-resistant equipment, sputtering equipment, and high-temperature melting furnaces.
